TD-SCDMA Industry Alliance for the first time to attract overseas carriers to join

In more than 70 members of TD-SCDMA Industry Alliance, there is only a single mobile operator – China Mobile. compared with so many operators in the international organization such sa GSMA and CDG.

 

But now, this phenomenon has changed in yesterday's "TD-SCDMA Innovation Conference". South Korea's SK Telecom and Ghana's NetAfrique joined the TD-SCDMA industry Alliance, and they are also in the construction of the TD trial network. so far, There is 78 members of TD-SCDMA Industry Alliance.

 

    A person familiar with TD-SCDMA Industry Alliance told, this is a significant milestone for TD-SCDMA development, not only consolidate the whole Industry Chain, but also promote the TD-SCDMA's International Development.
